How do sessions work?

The number of sessions and frequency varies on the individual’s needs. A typical session lasts one hour or thirty minutes. Meetings are offered via Zoom.

Hello! I’m Alejandra [ah lay han dra].


I’m a certified coach by the International Coach Federation with over six years of experience with individuals and organizations. A physician-turned-coach who is passionate about behavior change and committed to empowering others to become the best they can be.

Chapter One: Heart

Do you remember the time when you realized what makes you tick? Well, that moment happened to me when I was six years old. I knew I wanted to help people. Besides, I was fascinated by the science of the human body. Becoming a physician was my next step. During those years, I worked with people from all walks of life. I witnessed sickness, death, and births. And all those encounters strengthened my values and my desire to be of service.

Chapter Two: Change

We have all heard that change is part of life, but this knowledge doesn't make it easier. It requires adapting to new ways. And even question our own beliefs. I can attest to that! I have relocated countries with my husband several times, which forced me to halt my career. I struggled to find new ways of being of service. But at the same time, it became an opportunity to discover and develop aspects of myself that made me pursue a career in coaching.

Chapter Three: Growth

Growth looks different for everyone. Trying to better ourselves takes work. It requires facing some fears and removing some limiting beliefs. But is an undeniable source of satisfaction and well-being. Here is where coaching has played a vital piece for me and is a never-ending source of growth. It allows me to connect to both myself and others. Together we can explore what growth means for you.
